This shall include: A.... ordering the public to STAY AT HOME; B.... ordering that all non-essential businesses shall cease in-person business operations and shall require their employees to stay [home]; C.... ordering all hotels, guest-houses, villas, [bed and breakfasts not to accept new guests]... SECTION 3. The School Closure Order and the Government Operations Restricted to Essential Services Order... shall continue in full force and effect until April 30, 2020... [the Plant Closing Act provisions] are suspended for a period one hundred twenty (120) days...
