State employees shall refrain from any business travel out of state.\u0027 § N: \u0027maximum occupancy for a business means sixty percent (60%) of stated fire occupancy requirements\u0027; Arts and Culture, Food and Drink Establishments, Retail Establishments, Malls, Personal Care Services, Casinos and Racetracks each capped at 60 percent; \u0027Exercise Facilities... shall not exceed thirty percent (30%)\u0027; senior centers 30 percent; large gatherings over 250 \u0027are hereby prohibited at all locations and venues\u0027 absent a DPH-approved plan; food and drink: \u0027Customers must have a reservation unless the establishment has a system for ensuring that customers without a reservation do not gather\u0027; bar service seated with meals; \u0027Employers are encouraged to continue teleworking. Employees who have been working from home throughout this crisis should continue working from home unless there is a substantive change to business operations in Phase 2\u0027; \u0027Prohibit employees who have been told they must be isolated or quarantined from on-premises work until isolation or quarantine status is discontinued by DPH\u0027; \u0027The gathering or event must comply with all other applicable state, county and local laws for gatherings and events.\u0027 § P.2: \u0027This Order has the force and effect of law.
