For any event where the total number of invited or requested individuals is expected to exceed the number of permitted attendees, the host of the event must submit a safety plan to the local health department and receive approval from the local health department before proceeding.... [Orange] Attendance at winter indoor K-12 extracurricular and co-curricular activities, including IHSAA sport events, is limited to 25% of capacity... [Red] Local officials should consider limiting hours of operation for bars, taverns, nightclubs and restaurants.... Senior care centers activities must be cancelled or suspended....
