C)... crowd sizes shall be limited to no more than a maximum of 500 people in any single indoor space at the same time.... All fairs and festivals shall submit a plan for approval to the State Fire Marshal. SECTION 3: FACE COVERING ORDER A) Every individual in Louisiana shall wear a face covering...
