[Footnote 18:] In the related litigation from San Antonio, the court of appeals issued [an order reinstating the injunction], Abbott v. City of San Antonio, No. 04-21-00342-CV (Tex. App.-San Antonio Aug. 19, 2021) (order). We reversed that action. In re Abbott, No. 21-0720 (Tex. Aug. 26, 2021) (order).
