(3) Inform employees and residents of the presence of a confirmed COVID-19 positive [employee or resident, with notice displayed] until 14 days after the last positive COVID-19 test result... (e) The March 17, 2021 order entitled \u0027Requirements for residential care facilities\u0027 is rescinded as of the effective date of this order....
