Manufacturing, distribution and construction businesses that were ordered to cease all activities pursuant to the April 2, 2020, Amended Director of Health Order... shall stay closed until May 4, 2020. Effective at 12:01 a.m. on May 4, 2020, the closed manufacturing, distribution and construction businesses may reopen, subject to the Sector Specific COVID-19 Information and Checklist... 11.
