Emergency Executive Order #02.3-2020-CR issued a Stay-at-Home Recommendation. The Order likewise ordered closed all non-essential businesses, including \u0027amusement rides, museums, arcades, vending machines, playgrounds, movie and other theaters, bars, country clubs or social clubs.\u0027 The Order also restricted travel within, into, and out of the Reservation to only essential activities.... Emergency Executive Order #02.4-2-2020-CR permits the purchase of alcohol on the Reservation only from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. On April 30th, 2020, the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal government passed Emergency Executive Order #02.5-2-2020-CR.
