Therefore, we will limit attendance to me, possibly Charlie, and several Berkshire employees who will deliver proxy votes\u0027 (Mar. 13, 2020); streamed by Yahoo with Warren Buffett and Greg Abel present and \u0027the other Berkshire directors will not be attending\u0027 (Apr. 27, 2020). 2021: Virtual again: \u0027we do not currently believe it will be safe at that time to hold a meeting with nearly 40,000 attendees as we last did in 2019. Therefore, the format for the 2021 meeting will be very similar to the virtual meeting that we held earlier this year\u0027 (Dec. 3, 2020, Ex. SEC-25-GM-012); the May 1, 2021 meeting was held from Los Angeles without shareholders. Usual dates: First Saturday in May. Scale: \u0027nearly 40,000 attendees as we last did in 2019\u0027 (Ex.
