Retail businesses, including those located inside of malls (and to include the operations of malls themselves), may resume operations, but must ensure that proper social distancing and hygiene practices are maintained.\u0027... 4. Executive Order 14-20, ordering the closure of state park campgrounds and requiring that all individuals who are travelling from areas with substantial community spread of COVID-19 self-isolate for a period of 14 days upon entry to West Virginia, is hereby terminated in its entirety and without further effect. 5.
