"ACCORDINGLY: 1. The Department finalizes its tentative determinations as described in Order 2021-1-2 (January 8, 2021) subject to the modifications described in the body of this Order; 2. The Department determines that the Service Obligation contained in Section 407 of Pub. L. No. 116-260 applies to air carriers (Covered Carriers) accepting financial assistance under Pub. L. No. 116-260.... Covered Carriers must comply with the requirements of this Order no later than 14 days after receiving funds under Pub. L. No. 116-260.... 3. The Department determines that those points subject to the Service Obligation are those listed in Appendix A; 4. The Department determines that Covered Carriers identified in paragraph 2 must provide minimum levels of service beginning no later than 14 days after they first receive funding under Pub. Law. No. 116-260, as described in Order 2021-1-2, to those points identified in paragraph 3." Body: the order "extends through March 31, 2021, the authority originally granted to the Secretary of Transportation (the Secretary) under the Coronavirus Aid, Recovery, and Economic Security Act (the CARES Act), with some minor modifications."
