Operative words
Individuals who are not fully vaccinated must continue to wear a mask at Fort Campbell both outdoors when unable to physically distance and indoors, unless a specific exception under paragraphs 5-7 apply.... All individuals on Fort Campbell, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask in the following areas: a. all Military Treatment Facilities (MTF), to include Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, health clinics, and dental clinics; b. COVID-19 vaccination and testing sites; c. all DoDEA facilities; and d. all child development centers.
