Effective Date of Rule: Immediately upon filing. Purpose: Chapter 296-307 WAC, temporary worker housing. The department of health (DOH) in conjunction with the department of labor and in[dustries (L&I) are readopting the emergency rule]... Updates the requirements related to fully vaccinated occupants as follows: Cloth face coverings do not apply to fully vaccinated occupants.
