Operative words
The alcoholic beverage industry in New Jersey has been significantly affected by the public health pandemic. The Division has taken steps throughout this time to assist licensees and permittees in navigating the situation in order to maintain a stable marketplace. In furtherance of this, the Division authorizes the extension of Cooperative Purchasing and Solicitor Permits and Transit Insignias through September 30, 2020
