Operative words
The purpose of this tool is for the holder of an alcohol license/permit to indicate the operational measures the licensee/permittee is taking to comply with the requirements of the Governor's Proclamation of Disaster Emergency to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.... The completed worksheet and any supplemental documents... must be submitted to ABD. A copy of the documentation must also be available for state and local investigators and other regulatory officials upon request.... Bar vs. Restaurant Determination: 50% or more of my monthly revenues are from food my business prepares and sells.... I have arranged the seating at my establishment so that 6 feet of physical [distance is maintained between groups] seated at a table, booth, or bar.
