Provided there are no further business interruptions, restrictions or regional mitigations, the Illinois Liquor Control Commission will not grant any further license renewal extensions beyond this amendment.... 1. All licenses with a renewal date of March 31, 2020 or after are automatically extended to [December 31, 2021]
