Operative words
For purposes of this Section, "eligible age" means a student who is 21 years of age or a student with an individualized education program who reaches the age of 22 during the time in which the student's in-person instruction, services, or activities are suspended for a period of 3 months or more during the school year as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. All other requirements of Section 14-17 of the School Code [105 ILCS 5] shall apply to such students.
