Operative words

Each school must identify a COVID-19 Point Person... must report positive cases of COVID-19 to NMPED by the next business day... schools must also notify families... all of their close contacts must be identified and quarantined... They should quarantine for 10 days from the last [exposure]... If the student does not get tested, the student must self-[quarantine]... they must quarantine for the full 10 days regardless
