Operative words

This Industry Notice amends the 'Health and Safety Policies for the Resumption of Gaming Operations: Nonrestricted Licensees' and supersedes Industry Notices #2020-25, #2020-30, #2020-43, and #2020-47 for purposes of the Policy for nonrestricted licensees.... Substantive updates to the aforementioned Policy address the applicable provisions of Governor Sisolak's Declaration of Emergency Directive 033, which relate to the requirements imposed upon licensees who intend to hold large gatherings and events.
