Operative words

Pool area capacity is limited to a maximum occupancy of 50% based on listed fire code capacity, subject to social distance requirements, which may significantly reduce the maximum capacity of a venue.... Patrons must wear face coverings at all times unless actively eating, drinking, or in the pool. Hot tubs must remain closed.

Enforcement

'Licensees are cautioned that if social distancing in the pool area cannot be maintained at 50% of listed fire code capacity, capacity must be reduced accordingly'; NGC Reg. 5.011
