Operative words

WHEREAS, Proclamation Number 41 JBE 2020 also specifically provided for the closure of all casinos, video poker establishments, and racetracks from April 2, 2020 to April 30, 2020, or as extended by any subsequent Proclamation, unless terminated sooner;... Effective immediately, the cessation of all gaming operations conducted at the land-based casino, all licensed riverboat casinos, and all slots at the track licensed facilities by order of the undersigned dated March 16, 2020... is hereby extended to an ending date and time of midnight April 30, 2020.
