Operative words

'All employees may be required to wear a face covering in any area open to the public and any other area as required by the licensee and mandated by local face-covering mandates' including Proclamation 203 JBE 2021 and other relevant proclamations of the Governor of Louisiana. All Covid-19 Emergency Orders previously issued by the Board and the provisions therein shall remain in full force and effect unless amended or rescinded herein or in a previous or future order of the Board including, without limitation, Order Nos. 24, 25, and 27. This order applies to all video poker establishments and all casino gaming establishments.
