Operative words

Accordingly, for individuals who were enrolled in an approved postgraduate training program in California on January 1, 2020, and who are required to obtain a postgraduate training license from the Medical Board of California or the Osteopathic Medical Board of California by June 30, 2020, to practice [medicine, the Director waives the deadline]. This order is effective immediately but may be amended as circumstances require.
