Operative words

Accordingly, on this day, October 13, 2020, in order to prevent and control the spread of disease, I hereby order:... Section 2. Reporting of Antigen Test Results... ii. Report all antigen test results in accordance with the law and the direction of the Department as defined in HAN 531 (relating to guidance for reporting point of care SARS-CoV-2 [antigen tests])... B. A clinical laboratory that is performing antigen tests shall report all [results]... Section 3. Effective Date and Duration: This Order is effective at 12:01 a.m. on October 15, 2020 and will remain in effect until further notice.
