Operative words

JAXPORT's cargo terminals remain open with no restrictions.... The JAXPORT main administrative office located at 2831 Talleyrand Avenue is open to administrative employees. Visitors are allowed on a limited basis and must be pre-approved.... Visitors to all primary JAXPORT facilities and office buildings will have their temperatures scanned using a no-touch forehead thermometer prior to entry. Anyone with a temperature higher than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit will not be permitted to enter, per guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Cruise Update: Carnival Cruise Line has extended its suspension of cruise service from Jacksonville through at least August 31.... The vessels lay in idle dock at JAXPORT with only crew members-no passengers-on board. There is no recreational shore leave for crew members at any time.
