Operative words

In response to Governor Larry Hogan's executive order this morning and to help limit the spread of COVID-19, the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) will initiate statewide all-electronic (cashless) tolling effective at 3 p.m. today until further notice, and will close all E-ZPass Maryland Customer Service Centers effective Wednesday, March 18, until further notice.... All drivers should KEEP MOVING through toll plazas without stopping. Cash payment lanes will operate as video tolling (cashless) lanes. Motorists who usually pay with cash will be mailed a Notice of Toll Due for the cash toll rate... All E-ZPass Maryland Customer Service Centers, including those at MDOT Motor Vehicle Administration branches, will close effective Wednesday, March 18, until further notice.
