Operative words

Section 1: CURFEW... a curfew is hereby established as an exceptional measure, as defined by Article 6.14 of Act 20-2017, from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.... [restaurants may operate until] 11:00 p.m. with a maximum capacity of thirty percent (30%) of [indoor occupancy]... [other sectors at] fifty percent (50%) of their capacity... VALIDITY. This Executive Order shall enter into force on February 8, 2021 and shall remain in force until March 14, 2021

Enforcement

"Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this Order shall be subject to criminal proceedings" under Act 20-2017
