SECTION 1. Effective Friday, August 13, 2021, the Twenty-First Supplemental Executive Order issued on January 27, 2021, as amended, is further amended in Section 1. C. to restrict Mass Gatherings of 50 persons or more... "a 'mass gathering' is defined as any event or convening that brings together more than 1) fifty (50) persons in a single room or single space at the same time OR 2) one hundred (100) fully vaccinated persons, as approved by DOH, in a single room or single space at the same time."... SECTION 2. Effective Friday, August 13, 2021, and lasting until September 7, 2021, all beaches in the Territory of the U.S. Virgin Islands shall be closed from 4:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. the following day on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays... SECTION 3.... to remove the antibody testing as a possible clearance into the U.S.V.I. Travel Portal
