Operative words

A. DINE-IN ALLOWED ON A LIMITED BASIS Restaurants, at their discretion, may allow patrons to dine-in only if occupancy is limited to 50% and all COVID-19 regulations set forth by Executive Order are followed. B. NO TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS There are no restrictions on personal travel by Reservation residents or Tribal employees. BE IT FURTHER DECLARED that all non-contrary provisions of Executive Orders 20-09 and 20-10 shall remain in full force and effect until further notice.

Criminal penalty under Tribal Code § 10-16-10(D); removal of non-members; disciplinary action up to termination for tribal and enterprise employees
