Operative words
[T]he following COVID-19 safety provisions are made and implemented effective June 30, 2021... A. GOVERNMENTAL OFFICES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC All Tribal and other governmental offices shall be open to the public beginning on July 6, 2021, provided that the Tribe may require temperature checks and deny entry to any person with a fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or greater. B. INDOOR CHURCH SERVICES ALLOWED AT FULL CAPACITY... provided that such church or other place of worship checks the temperature of each person entering... C. FACE MASKS OPTIONAL FOR FULLY-VACCINATED; RESTRICTIONS CONTINUE FOR UNVACCINATED... Any person who is not vaccinated must wear a Face Mask at mass gatherings, governmental offices, and any other indoor public space. BE IT FURTHER DECLARED that all other provisions of Executive Order 21-03, not inconsistent with this Executive Order, remain in effect until further notice.
