Operative words

Coconino County required residents and visitors to wear a face covering when not able to physically distance from other persons, effective Saturday, June 20 at noon (county release, as reported); Flagstaff required persons aged five and older to wear face coverings in public places where distancing is not feasible, including restaurants, bars, theaters, libraries, museums, gyms, grocery and convenience stores (KNAU report of the June 18/19, 2020 proclamation).
