Operative words

Hospitals in counties with 10 percent or less ICU capacity in regions under the Regional Stay at Home Order with 0 percent ICU availability must 'delay ESAS Tier 1 and 2 surgical procedures for at least as long as this Order remains effective in the county'; all hospitals must accept transfers 'as directed by' the Medical Health Operational Area Coordinator and acknowledge 'within 60 minutes of the request.'
