Retrieval noteThe exhibit is ADHS's own 'Unofficial version of the rules in 9 A.A.C. 6, effective January 1, 2018, made by 23 A.A.R. 2605' (the Secretary of State's official chapter PDF at apps.azsos.gov returns 403 to non-browser fetches and has no Wayback capture). The COVID-19-specific control measures of 2020 and 2021 were issued not under this chapter but as ADHS Emergency Measures under A.R.S. § 36-136(H) (Exs. AZ-029, AZ-031, AZ-039, AZ-042) and through the statewide case-investigation and contact-tracing system EO 2020-40 para. 1 ordered (Ex. AZ-020); this chapter is the standing framework those measures supplemented.
