Penalty

none stated in the section

What it required

Directs every State and local department, office and agency, and their officers and personnel, to be utilized for and to cooperate in carrying out the Act; recited in every Illinois COVID-19 executive order as an enforcement basis ('pursuant to, inter alia, Section 7, Section 15, Section 18, and Section 19').

Retrieval note

Section 19 is not a penalty provision. The IEMA Act's own enforcement architecture for gubernatorial orders is sections 7, 15, 18 and 19 (powers, immunity, immediate effect on filing, and utilization of existing agencies); the criminal sanction on businesses ran through 20 ILCS 2305/8.1 (DUT-IL-014) by way of IDPH's rule (DUT-IL-004).
