(2) Any person who willfully violates any administrative regulation promulgated under KRS Chapter 13A by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services under KRS 214.020 shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.

Made willful violation of a Cabinet communicable-disease regulation under KRS 214.020 a Class B misdemeanor (up to ninety days, KRS 532.090(2), and $250, KRS 534.040(2)(b)) from February 2, 2021; in 2020 the subsection reached 'Any owner or person having charge of any public or private conveyance... who refuses to obey the rules and regulations made by the Cabinet' under 214.020.
