Operative words
(2) Any person who violates KRS 212.715 or any rule or regulation adopted by any consolidated local government, city, county, or city-county board of health... shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each day the violation continues.
Penalty
What it required
Fined every day of violation of a local board of health regulation and every day an owner or occupant continued a nuisance, source of filth or cause of sickness after a KRS 212.210 order ('each day's continuance... shall be a separate offense,' subsection (1)); the penalty layer beneath the local health departments' orders under KRS 212.245.
