Operative words
may exercise, in accordance with such declaration of public health emergency and for such period as the state of public health emergency exists, the following powers over facilities and materials: (1) To close, direct and compel evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be decontaminated any facility of which there is a reasonable cause to believe that it may endanger the public health.
Penalty
R.S. 29:724(E) (Ex. DUT-LA-006): fine up to $500 or confinement up to six months, or both

Places every facility in the State under the standing power of closure, evacuation and compelled decontamination for the duration of a declared public health emergency (March 11, 2020 to March 16, 2022); the owner or operator of any premises operated under that power, and the sanitation and disinfection conditions in the proclamations were its exercise in general form.
