Operative words

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of sections 192.010, 192.020 to 192.490, 192.600 to 192.620... or who evades or breaks quarantine or knowingly conceals a case of contagious, infectious, or communicable disease... shall be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor.

Penalty

class A misdemeanor: imprisonment up to one year (RSMo 558.011.1(6), Ex. DUT-MO-016) and a fine up to $2,000 (RSMo 558.002.1(2), Ex. DUT-MO-017)

What it required

Every person must comply with the communicable-disease provisions of chapter 192 (including the orders and rules the Department makes and enforces under § 192.020) and with quarantine and isolation, on pain of a class A misdemeanor.
