Operative words

'7. This Order shall take effect on Monday, August 9, 2021 and shall remain in effect until revoked or modified by the Governor.' Recital: face coverings required 'regardless of vaccination status' because 'only 40 percent of 12-15 year-olds and 57 percent of 16-17 year-olds in New Jersey have received at least one dose.'
