Operative words

Based on these ongoing concerns and to protect the public health, I hereby suspend the introduction of all covered aliens into the United States until I determine that the danger of further introduction of COVID-19 into the United States has ceased to be a serious danger to the public health, and continuation of the Order is no longer necessary to protect the public health. Every 30 days, CDC shall review the latest information regarding the status of the COVID-19 pandemic and associated public health risks to ensure that the Order remains necessary to protect the public health.
