Operative words

DATES: Effective date: This rule is effective from December 31, 2020 until June 30, 2021.... FEMA is now further extending and modifying this rule to reflect current domestic supply needs of health and medical resources to promote the national defense. The temporary final rule, as extended and modified, will remain in effect until June 30, 2021, unless sooner modified or terminated by the Administrator.
