Operative words

In response to revised CDC guidance, the court hereby amends its order regarding face coverings as follows. Mask Requirements: When required, as set forth in this order, a face covering or mask must always completely [cover the nose and mouth]... A visitor who seeks entry into the courthouse without a mask will be offered a free disposable mask at the security [screening station].
