Operative words

[WHEREAS the Governor of California] ordered a state-wide shelter-in-place;... [the Court's] courthouses remain closed in order to protect the public health and reduce the size of public [gatherings]... issues the following Order, effective immediately: 1. No jury trial will be conducted before June 1, 2020. Any trial dates currently scheduled during that period will be postponed or vacated.
