Operative words
WHEREAS, on March 1, 2020, I issued a Declaration of Public Health Emergency, determining that COVID-19, is a threat to public health in the State of Florida; and WHEREAS, on April 30, 2020, June 29, 2020, August 28, 2020, October 23, 2020, and December 22, 2020, I renewed the Declaration of Public Health Emergency... NOW, THEREFORE, I, Scott A. Rivkees, M.D., State Surgeon General and State Health Officer, by virtue of the authority vested in me by section 381.00315, Florida Statutes, and with the concurrence of the Governor, re-declare that a public health emergency exists in the State of Florida. The Declaration of Public Health Emergency issued on March 1, 2020, and renewed on April 30, 2020, June 29, 2020, August 28, 2020, October 23, 2020, and December 22, 2020 is incorporated herein by reference, and hereby renewed and all sections reaffirmed for 60 days.
