'ARTICULO CUARTO.- Se establece como accion extraordinaria que las actividades de la industria de la construccion, la mineria y la referente a la fabricacion de equipo de transporte, seran consideradas como actividades esenciales. Las empresas que se dediquen a las actividades a que se refiere el parrafo anterior, podran iniciar labores el 1 de junio de 2020' subject to the protocols; 'iii) Etapa 3.- Inicia el 1 de junio del 2020, conforme al sistema de semaforo por regiones para la reapertura de actividades'.
