Operative words

P.U.(A) 87: 'This Order has effect for the period from 18 March 2020 to 31 March 2020'; the Minister declares the States and Federal Territories in the Schedule 'to be infected areas'. P.U.(A) 91: movement and premises restrictions within the infected local areas; only essential services may operate.

Notes

Malaysia is the world's largest supplier of medical rubber gloves and a principal site of semiconductor back-end assembly and test; the MCO shut or throttled both in the second quarter of 2020.
