Notes

The Iowa Administrative Bulletin of March 25, 2020 cites 'section 9 of the Governor's proclamation of disaster emergency issued March 19, 2020.' The eviction suspension section (Iowa Code ch. 648 notice requirements) was continued in the April 27 proclamation (IA-013, 'SUSPENSION OF CERTAIN EVICTIONS') to May 27, 2020.
