'Emergency proceedings. District courts shall continue to conduct the following in-person business:... Any criminal nonjury trial that is scheduled to begin before June 1, 2020 shall be continued and reset to a date no earlier [than June 1]... Jury trials. Any criminal jury trial that is scheduled to begin before July 13 shall be continued and reset to a date no earlier than July 13.... Grand jury proceedings. All grand jury proceedings shall be suspended until July 13.... No in-person attendance. No person who has an elevated risk of [severe illness]... [may] attend any clerk of court's office, hearing, trial, conference, deposition, or [other proceeding].'
