Operative words

Per the Division's notice as reported (Orrick, Mar. 20, 2020): State banks 'are not required to get permission from the IDOB to temporarily close a branch office,' but the Division 'requests that the banks provide notification so that the IDOB can track closures'; banks needing to relocate operations should contact their analyst for authorization to operate from alternative locations.
