Operative words
'The court's most recent COVID-19 mask requirement order was filed July 21, 2020.... Effective immediately, Public Administrative Order 20-AO-16-P filed July 22, 2020 is modified as follows: Fully vaccinated individuals are no longer required to wear a mask or physically distance within the United States Courthouses in Council Bluffs, Des Moines and Davenport and the Court's Annex in Des Moines. However, those who are not fully vaccinated are required to wear a mask and physically distance consistent with CDC guidance and Public Administrative Order No. 20-AO-16-P.'
